At VML, we encourage our colleagues to start or join a club that helps encourage their personal interests, or even add a new pastime to their list! With clubs ranging from Pilates, book reviews, football, gaming and much more, the possibilities are endless!

We love to host different events throughout the year to reward everyone for their hard work. Our annual Summer and Christmas partes are always a hit; the team spirit can never be felt more than at our quiz nights; we support our employee diversity by celebrating Eid and Diwali; seasonal goodies like Halloween night, Christmas cupcakes, and Valentine's day breakfast always goes down a treat!
charity contributions
We are extremely proud to say we are a charitable bunch at VML! Whether we're organising a Christmas food drive for the local foodbank, donating supplies to children in need in third-world countries, participating in marathons for cancer research support or baking tasty treats for the Macmillan Coffee Morning, we are always finding new ways to help local communities and people in need.
